Farmer Auctions is pleased to present the combined collections of the Wall Family of Bassett VA. Robert “Doug” Wall was born and resided in Henry County. After retirement, he opened a used car business with an office by his home. This collection includes items from his office as well as advertising pieces for Doug’s cars. His wife Elizabeth “Libbie” Wall (also a Henry county native) enjoyed collecting antiques. Her collection includes crocks, Hall Autumn Leaf serving pieces, and more. Furniture in this collection includes an old jelly cupboard, pie safe, Hoosier cabinet, & solid oak bedroom sets. Their son Robert “Greg” Wall also resided in the house.
