Bob was well known business man in Mercer County, WV and owner of Whittaker's Jewelry Store of Princeton, WV, where Mrs. Mary Ellen could be found running the family business. Bob served honorably in the United States Marine Corp during WWII. They were both members of Johnston Chapel Baptist Church. Bob was active in many civic organizations, and was an avid archer, hunter, and horseman. Throughout his lifetime he and Mary Ellen collected some amazing treasures, which we now are humbled to offer to the general public.
