The time has come for us to present to you the massive collection from what our staff lovingly refer to as the Doll House. It is rare to come across a collection of this quality and magnitude coupled with all the other fabulous contents of the home. It is obvious where to begin to talk about these wonderful items. For this collection Farmer Auctions brought in our good friend and doll Expert Brigid Jones (soon to be seen on Antiques Roadshow) to consult. Notable doll makers that are featured in this collection are Armand Marseille, Kestner,  Kammer & Reinhardt, Simon & Halbig and more. You will see a variety of body types such as composition and jointed kidskin. The dolls rage in sizes from a few inches tall to a few feet. Some of them walk & talk and all of them stole our hearts. They are ready for their new homes and to see where the auction takes them.

This collection also offers a selection of Steiff & Raikes bears in good condition and most with original boxes. Other highlights include a selection of Sterling trophy pieces, flatware, and Christmas ornaments that will be sure to enhance your tree this upcoming season. Speaking of the upcoming holiday season we also offer a beautiful Heisey Glass punchbowl for your get togethers as well as a selection of blown glass Christmas ornaments and garlands by Christopher Radko. Original artwork in the home includes recognizable locations such as Mabry Mill and local artists such as Harold Little.

Furniture includes classic Victorian pieces, a colonial style lowboy cedar chest by Lane and Eastlake style fainting couch and drop front desk. Glassware highlights include figurines by Fenton, a vintage green tiffin glass biscuit jar, Christmas ornaments by Lalique and Swarovski Crystal Miniature figurines. All in all, there are too many amazing things to list. You will have to just see for yourself!

Thank you for browsing, and happy bidding!
