We are pleased to present this Delightful Downsizing auction in Beckley for our client. After living in the same house in Beckley for 20+ years, it is time to start a new chapter. This auction offers woodworking power tools of all kinds, wrought iron outdoor furniture, a beautiful bar, a massive gun safe and some Russian souvenirs like postal stamps and nesting dolls. 

Also included is a West Virginia University men's wristwatch as well as a West Virginia University pocket watch.

We are pleased to present the estate of Mike Kosco. Mike's story is an American one. Born in Europe he immigrated with his family to the Beckley area, growing up in the mining community of Mullens, he served his country in the Army in Korea, retiring as a Major. He worked in the local newspaper industry. In his retirement he faithfully served his church and opened a small business. 

His estate has a number of unique pieces that reflect his life experiences. We have early items from the Mullens area, including a rare colorized 1920's "yardlong" photo, as well as histories and other finds. There is a substantial fine jewelry collection available with something for every taste and style. His small business was a tobacco shop and there are several unusual pipes and other tobacco related items in the sale. His family history is reflected through his collection of Bohemian glass pieces that are both beautiful and rare. There several custom framed Don Whitlatch signed prints in the collection. Also included is his 2018 Nissan Murano, which is in fantastic condition and ready for years of dependable travel. There are a range of antiques, tools, quality furnishings and much more coming out of this immaculate home.

Northridge Construction has closed its business and is liquidating all its tools, equipment, building supplies, hardware, and 2 work trucks. There are numerous tools and equipment by Dewalt, Milwaukee, Kobalt, Porter-Cable and many more. There is a 2008 Ford F150 Triton and 2008 Chevrolet Silverado work truck that include the attached tool boxes and racks. Some tools and equipment include tile cutters, ladders, scaffolding, table saws, chop saw, miter saws, battery-powered tools, nail guns, a Northstar compressor, drills, fastening gun, grinder, bottle jackets, lights, trailer jack and hitches, and much more.

This fantastic antique collection is the estate of Gary Cook. He taught in Montgomery County Public Schools for many years. His family lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Lexington, Va. His parents collected antiques and purchased a nice piece each year to celebrate their anniversary, and Gary continued to add to this collection. 

This sale offers an important early 1804 West Town Penn Quaker Embroidery. Many chests such as a Sheraton Walnut, Georgian Mahogany, Empire Walnut/Curly Maple, and an early Walnut Hepplewhite Virginia Inlaid Chest.
