Dr. Lipsey served in the U.S. Air Force before an extensive medical career working in Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Student & Public Health, and lastly as the Medical Director at the Radford Arsenal. Mrs. Lipsey was an avid gardener, crossword aficionado and served as a docent at William Preston’s Smithfield Historic house and volunteer at the Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry for many years.
